Today I saw Jesse McCartney in concert, and it's safe to say that everything in life after today will be underwhelming.
in all honesty tho. the marathon my brother held yesterday started at 6am, went through til 8pm (with a half hour lunch break btwn trilogies and a short break before rotj), then we all took another short break and then went into town to see TFA at 9:30pm
me and shena @humandisastersquad were the only ones to turn up at 6am, so it was just us and my brother relentlessly shittalking the prequels for about 5 hours. two ppl showed up right near the end of rots bcause they wanted lunch. by the time anh was in full swing, we had about 8 ppl there (incl. our other brother and our adopted brother). our adopted bro was the only person to have already seen the film and thus he was Hated
some more ppl showed up right near the end of rotj so by the time we went into town, there were abt 10 of us catching the bus - and coincidentally, my two friends who were gonna meet us at the cinema were also on the bus, so our party was Complete
shena and i were admired and feared for how long we’d been awake and Star Wars-ing. we were awake for about 20 hours, and spent at least 16 of them watching star wars. it was one of the most incredible and draining experiences of my entire life
thankfully, my brother says he’s going to hold another marathon when episode IX comes out so in four years time i get to do it all again
