The way you write Dick's pining for Kory is so powerful? Like Idk how to explain it. I've read (and reread) the scenes from "Dick Grayson" where he reflects and angsts over their failed relationship and every single time I swear it catches my breath. He just loves her? And it didn't work? And he doesn't understand why but he knows that he'd take her back in a second if she wanted but she doesn't. She's moved on and his heart is broken and he can't recover from it even though he has a family.
Your love of my story makes me appreciate what I was trying to do because you get it, and that means so much to me. He can't go back but he can't move forward and it hurts all the time. Poor Dick.
