*basically during the nominations stage people can suggest settings a companion might come from (for example victorian Wales, ancient Skaro, a space station a billion years in the future) as well as any characters they want to see included. Settings will then be randomly paired up with characters so they don't match their original origins. I'll also attempt to come up with a plan for nominating a specific setting with a specific character.
