i think i'm at the point where it's good to have an intro on my blog and definitely a masterlist..
This kind of day // Daphne
Surprisingly, Christopher had had quite a good day, and it showed by the rather permanent smile on his face, currently. He was slowly gathering facts for his story, but he still didn't have enough for one article, not enough to be thorough. He was walking his horse through the woods, not in the mood to ride, beside he was sure she preferred it when he wasn't weighing her down.
He paused in his steps when a sound caught his attention and he rubbed his hand over his horses nose to calm her, feeling her dancing beside him a little, seemingly nervous about something. He tied her to the closest tree and turned around, his sense of smell working hard as he tried to figure out what exactly he was smelling. Something sweet and something that was definitely new to him.
"Hello?" he questioned, rubbing his slightly sweaty hands over his pants.
"Is somebody there?" he asked as he walked a little towards the smell, not straying too far from his horse in case it was a trick and someone just wanted to eat his ride home. "I'm not going to hurt you...."
This much was true, at least, he wouldn't hurt them if they didn't attack him. It was unlucky, though, that he only shifted on a full moon and he even had pretty good control over it, but he still had his strength and speed in his human form, maybe not as strong as a vampire, but strong enough, at least. He found himself turning again, not hearing anything more before he was going over to his horse and starting to undo her, thinking that maybe he was just seeing things and planning on leaving. He held the bridle in his hands and rubbed his hand over his horses nose before starting to lead her forwards again, keeping his ears and eyes open, just in case there was someone there.
