me before the Kill la Kill game came out: I'm not a gamer and only care about the story.
me now: *studies Bloody Valor lines, drills combos for hours, is super attentive to the tech, has competed in the biggest FG tourney around and wants to compete more, still hasn't beat Story Mode*
#kill la kill#shut up goop#shitpost#me before the kill la kill game came out: wtf are all y'all talking about#me now: hey i've finally almost got this 5aaccaasp.cj.j.abbd.aaabaa combo down yay :') but also wtf are all y'all talking about#i'm learning... slowly....#anyway i have two chapters left on ryuko's story and i -want- to finish it really badly but....#i need to write my ryuko chapters 5-8 essay first#mostly for my own sanity 'cause i did satsuki chapters 1-4 and 5-8 and 9-10 while i played through and feel like i MUST do the same for ryu#but motivation is not there :P#maybe 'cause my ryuko chapters 1-4 essay was Not Good :PPPP#but eventually.........#but seriously i'd been avoiding tags outta fear of spoilers but i caved recently and???#there is like -nothing- about this game anywhere???#y'all i know it got shit reviews but tbh i think a lot of that is just 'cause it wasn't done yet and rushed out for evo#('cause c'mon mako and dtr were clearly supposed to be base roster)#and the price tag is a bit... much#but even glitchy and imperfect it's gotten me back into games and the story isn't -terrible- (so far) like the ova#i'm dying for people to play with hit me up on steam sometime seriously i need to get better for frosty :(((((#and my switch version from japan hasn't come yet and i can't play my ps4 version without a ps4 ^^;#sighhhhhhhh#i think i'mma just have to buy myself a ps4... spoil myself for my birthday even though i've spoiled myself exponentially lately.....
