I'm at 1.96 million words or about 11.17 megabytes of text in my daily research logs since I started just under 7 years ago. a lot of it is records, but probably more by character count is like, planning and thinking through things verbally, basically chain-of-thought. it's weird in that I'm not a very verbal thinker, don't have much of an internal monologue, but I can activate that kind of verbal reasoning by speaking out loud or, since that's rude to do in an office, writing in a text file. very LLM-like. I wonder sometimes what I could do 'putting' all this text into an LLM in some sense, however exactly you'd implement it. but I don't know what I'd want from that
