I watched I saw the TV Glow today and it kind of wrecked me emotionally.

Okay I know I've been rambling a lot, but, I was just in a really good mood. Like better then I ever thought I'd be... Why do such close people have to ruin your good time?? Why do they neglect you out of the blue?? Why do you envy these people when they always come back to bite you in the butt?? When you become a threat, they don't hesitate to make you feel like shit or call you out. But why would someone so close to you try to build a negative wall between you two?? People are shitty. Don't take others' feelings for granted. Thank you.

today my supposed best friend told me I wasn't her best friend... we were talking in class and I was saying how the teacher said "don't partner up with your best friend because..." and she looked at me and was like "I'm not your best friend" in front of some people and idk anymore

i was having a really good discussion about politics with boyfriend. i was really enjoying it. all of a sudden he hits me with "you only think that because <traumatic event> happened when you were younger. no offense."

he made it very, very personal with something that he knows is quite a deep and lasting hurt for me. i feel like after two years he should know better than to do anything like that. i am always very tactful with him and take care to not say things that might trigger memories etc for him.

it's not fair. i'm disappointed. you are most vulnerable around someone you love. guarding your weapon is something of integrity and i feel like he just slapped me across the face. i deserve more sensitivity than that.

i responded curtly with "i don't want to talk about it anymore" and changed the subject with making eggs for dinner or something. he then left in a mood like i was being unreasonable and said he didn't want anything to eat.

say you're sorry?? admit that was a really screwed up thing to say to me?

i'm eating eggs by myself and listening to good music to prepare me for the gym. i really need a good workout to zen myself out or i'm going to get upset and i refuse to let him do that to me.
