I Have Secret

So I have a secret,

One that has remained unlit,

Many want to know it,

But I just leave them there to sit,

For it is mine,

Which should be a sign,

That those who know will slowly go on a decline,

As they reach the end of their line,

Many just wait and see,

Knowing they'll get nothing from me.

For a secret's key,

Is that someone will discover it eventually,

But the thing about this one,

Is that while others are won,

Mine is a trap already spun,

Leaving the numbers of winners to none.
