FINALLY
It's been about a year and a half since I started in the world of theatre, since I started acting. On Thursday last week, I was officially cast in my first play. For a while now I had been getting discouraged since it seemed like all my piers were getting cast in productions and I wasn't. Even if they weren't getting cast, they had at least performed in one or more shows. I was at zero. And the day after I got cast, it sunk in how amazing it is that I had only started acting and being invested in theatre a year and a half ago and I'm already in my first show. Yes, it has been hard to get here, but personally I find it amazing that when at first no one thought it was possible for me to do this, I DID.
Never doubt your own potential if God is leading the way.
