I’m not going to make individual posts for all muses bc that would be too much (also simply because I don’t have enough banners on me right now).
Courtesy to Kui @errantscriptor for kicking it off with introducing Idol!Sigma and starting to inspire Stella (@somegremlin), Dani (@iactito), Sheeb (@lunartxger) & Vega (@antigifted) and me to further fill the world around that concept.
So the general gist of this AU is that it’s a modern setting without abilities. Out of my muses, the following are part of that AU in one way or another and have some sort of relations to others: Lucy M Montgomery, (Francis Scott Key Fitzgerald), Izumi Kyouka (@akumanoyuki), Ozaki Kouyou, Akutagawa Gin, Higuchi Ichiyo, Suehiro Tetcho
Lucy: Lucy is the adopted daughter of Fitzgerald. Fitzgerald himself is an investor/sponsor to Ougai Mori’s (Dani) Music Agency. Lucy works at Mori’s agency as a set and stage designer for music videos and shows. She gets help from Mori’s pride and joy, Kyusaku (Stella). She’s very close to them, often referring to them as her cousin, and trying to make all their realistic suggestions come true.
Fitzgerald: An investor. He invests money into Mori’s agency. He and his wife adopted Lucy after losing their own daughter.
Ozaki Kouyou & Izumi Kyouka: Ozaki Kouyou is the Marketing and PR director of Mori’s agency, as well as handling Chuuya’s (Dani) marketing and PR. Kouyou is Kyouka’s aunt who has raised the latter after her parents died in an accident and she had nowhere else to go. Kouyou is rather close to Mori, helping him raise Yumeno alongside raising Kyouka. Kyouka also is a great fan of Chuuya. As the Marketing Director, Kouyou gets a lot of merch samples which she hands down to Kyouka.
Akutagawa Gin & Higuchi Ichiyo: Both Gin and Ichiyo are models. They work and act separately from each other but sometimes are cast to model together. Gin lives with her brother Ryunosuke (Dani), who is a twitch streamer, however they tend to stay out of each other’s business. Ichiyo coincidentally happens to be a huge fan of Ryunosuke and regularly donates money to him. Ichiyo usually models for fashion, swimsuits or stock photos. Gin usually models for promotions or portraits, often leaning towards abstract, goth or punk aesthetics, as well as breaking gender norms. She’s known for her androgynous look in most of her model jobs. Tho she occasionally does fashion modelling, which is when she is most likely to run into Ichiyo. Unknown to the public, Gin’s also dating Tachihara Michizo (Birb @errantinfinity).
Suehiro Tetcho: He works at the “Hunting Dogs” Talent Scout Agency. He is dating the Agency’s diva Saigiku Jono (Birb @errantinfinity) while also being his personal trainer and occasional stage hand acting in the background. Whereever Jono goes Tetcho isn’t far to follow.
1. KuniChuu - I love their potential dynamics in general, Kunikida is a creature of habits who likes to have everything under control, and while Chuuya might not be chaos incarnate, he's more impulsive and hot-tempered, I doubt Kunikida would be entirely happy with the way he handles cases sometimes. I'm especially fond of the KuniChuu ship I've lovingly plotted with @giftandguile, Chuuya is head-over-heels for West's Kunikida <3
2. RanChuu - honestly one of my main OTPs for Chuuya, I've started shipping them the moment I first saw the confrontation between Chuuya and Ranpo during the Cannibalism arc, and I'm even more eager to explore their dynamics with them working together. I could see Chuuya being a sort of bodyguard for Ranpo when they're partnered during cases, and I would love to explore said dynamic.
3. Soukoku - oh man, I've always been intrigued by their dynamic in canon, so perfectly in sync in spite of their animosity, and with them working together sparks are bound to fly. My absolute love goes to the Reverse Soukoku AU with Vega's Dazai though. I've wanted to write ADA!Chuuya x PM!Dazai ever since I first started writing Chuuya and now thanks to Vega I can do it <3
4. ChuuAngo - one of my favorite Chuuya ships, their confrontation during DEAD APPLE had me shipping them so quickly and so hard you can't imagine. Their history might be similar to their canon counterparts' (Chuuya would still bear a small grudge against Ango because of the Dragon Head Rush, even more so considering Shibusawa's victims were Chuuya's adoptive parents) and I live for them meeting and talking after that. Shout-out to @iactito for first indulging my ChuuAngo needs <3

do you have some time to hear about @iactito?? i love dani with my entire being. she’s so lovely and so much fun and i always love talking to her! the world building and plotting that we’ve done is amazing, and she clearly loves her muses very much and puts a lot of thought into them and their head canons and how she write them, which makes everything that she posts so lovely to read. dani and i are also pretty consistently on the same page about a lot of things, and i know that if i go to her with an idea it is only going to be made better from there!
ellery ellery ellery ellery ellery. i love @giftandguile so so much. i don’t remember how or when ellery and i become friends because honestly it feels like i’ve been annoying him for years (i’m so sorry). i honestly cannot speak highly enough of ellery. his portrayals? beautiful. his writing? wonderful. head canons? what head canons he only knows and perceives the truth. his steinbeck is amazing, i love him so much. i am always excited to see notifications from ellery because i know that wherever it is, here or discord, its going to be something amazing. i genuinely can’t talk more highly about ellery because he’s just wonderful. if you’re not following him then idk what to tell you, that’s so much quality content that you’re missing out on.

She was comfortably leaning against his shoulder. Moments like these were almost bewitching to her. How her cold persona just melted away into a warm and soft feeling. Though, she knew it was simply the type of person he was, she couldn’t the small furrow of her brow as she looked towards the brunette. They were going on a trip on school and he just wanted her to know that even though they hadn’t been put in the same group, he would find his way back to her. Even the teacher had toss a look of confusion their way which only made Sara feel far more embarrassed.
She brought her hands to her face to cover the bright red that now colored her cheeks as Joe fell to his knees, holding his hands out to her. Everyone was now staring at him as if he had lost his mind which only brought more attention her way. She normally wasn’t so easily embarrassed, but how could be anything but embarrassed in this situation.
“W-We can just spend time together on the trip! Please j-just get off the floor.” She knew that he wouldn’t do that until the teacher admitted that she had made a mistake and put him in Sara’s group instead.

*; OOC » Dani Dani Dani Dani Dani!!!! Dani is one of my favourite people. Like, not just regarding the RPC. Dani is just such a fun and honest and accepting human being. She’s got her big Girl Boss pants like she’s rocking her job and life it’s really admirable. She’s a good friend and I’ve learned so much from her and I spend so much fun quality time with her on the internet. It feels like she’s been with me from the beginning and I am so incredibly thankful for her! I can’t stress this enough! I hope one day we’ll be able to hang out IRL :( If it wasn’t for the stupid circumstances I would have hopped on a plane last year probably...
