How you look at others & this world is really a projection of how you feel about yourself & what is going on within YOU. We’re told from a young age to get along with others, but often aren’t given the tools or told that we need to to get along with our own selves, too. We are our own worst enemy. If you feel like your life is one issue after another, if you have conflict & turmoil with others...if you’re in a constant state of unrest & feel that the world is out to get you and everyone sucks...you should take a step back and reflect on the root on WHY these things continue to happen & why you feel this way. You’ll find that it really has nothing to do with anyone else but YOU. Only YOU have control over your thoughts & actions and who you allow in your life. Yes, there are shitty people and shitty things happen. Why let those people and events control your happiness & inner peace? Don’t hand over the keys to your inner peace to someone else. If you’re holding onto those things, it’s because YOU aren’t letting them go. PEACE really DOES begin within ourselves. It’s an inside job that no one else can do for you but YOU.
