Ooh that’s a tough one. I think I’d have to say either Scourge or the biolizard. The biolizard is just so baffling in itself. Like you got a dinosaur and then somehow downgraded to a hedgehog?

And even though Scourge is a comic-exclusive character, and he wasn’t written well at all, he has a lot of potential. He’s an even match for Sonic, wants to prove himself, and if handled by a better writer he would have made a really cool and dynamic character.
