It’s still a fairly new genre but it does exist and it’s called new adult fiction

I'm looking it up now and it seems like majority of it is romance, and like, ugh, c'mon. Where's the sci-fi? Where's the queer modern fantasy? Where's the dystopias and paranormal horror?

I watch crime shows all the time and think that I could have gotten away with it

I know I could get away with it (not that I am planning on doing this at all ever). People in crime shows are stupid.
