Oh my! Hello, everyone!
icanseethedead
“I don’t know how to bake… Great… Aggies first birthday from miraculously coming back to life is going to suck… Good Job Norman….”
With a small sigh the boy trudged into the kitchen, crossing it to the pantry to retrieve a box of cake mix. He figured it’d be easy enough, get the box, follow the instructions, and then mix it up, pour it into a pan and then put it in the oven for awhile and boom, a cake. Well
— to say the least he couldn’t have been more wrong.
The young medium had gotten the box, started preheating the oven, and gotten out a bowl, and the needed ingredients. He carefully opened the box and cake mix, pouring the powder into the glass bowl letting out a small sigh, - So far, so good. -
Though as he grabbed and egg, he over shot how hard he should hit it against the edge of the bowl, the egg breaking apart, sending the cold goo onto his fingers and the counter, bits of shell landing in the powder. He let out a small sigh as he tossed the egg into the trash and cleaned off his hand with a rag, working on getting the egg shell out of the cake powder.
— A good few mistakes later, as well as a pause to let the cake cook and cool, then time to frost. —
The boy stood looking over his cake, his shirt covered in flower, cake frosting, and egg. a good amount of egg yoke and whites in his hair with egg shells in it - how he managed that would be far beyond the reader seeing as Norman is an adorable dork who can manage to make a huge mess with a simple task. - But the cake was done. Good job Norman.
Aggie was floating towards Norman's house, making sure she couldn't be seen to the normal folk. Norman had invited her over for her "birthday" surprise, and she was too excited. She hadn't celebrated a birthday in nearly three hundred years. And even those were lame--no presents or cake or anything fun this time does.
"Hello Norman-" Aggie phased through the wall to find Norman icing a cake, surrounded by a mess of flour and sugar and other cake stuffs. Aggie started to giggle and drift towards Norman, "Baking is hard, right? I never liked it back in my time."

It was an average day for Jack. Being the spirit of Fun was very entertaining. Jack always liked this certain area called, Blithe Hollows. He never knew exactly where it was located, but he recognized the surroundings and the name. Whenever he would come to this place it was always winter. So snow was appropriate for this time of year. Suddenly bursting through the clouds, Jack hovered above the ground and let out jolly laughs as he flew through the small town. It was around sunrise. Perfect time of day to start the fun. When Jack got a good view of the town from above he took his staff in his right hand created small snowflakes. As the snowflakes were increasing in size, Jack stepped onto the cold ground. Smiling at the few people passing by he waved, even though he knew they couldn't see him. Jack exhaled and looked at the sky, feeling excited for the next few cold months.
