Eli in a wedding dress?
It's Grunt's straw, right? That's the thing consistently missing in the most recent comic page, isn't it?
Why isn't there any interaction with opponents' graveyards in the Kaladesh block? Sure, we have a few like Lost Legacy, but there aren't any cards that interact in any big way. With such a big graveyard theme in the previous block, I figured there'd be some graveyard hate in the following block.
There is a method to our madness.
Say I have a Master of Cruelties and an Ekundu Cyclops. I'm not forced to attack, but I want to attack with the Master. Does the Cyclops just sit the combat out despite its requirement (attacks *if able*) because of the Master's restriction (can only attack alone)?
Yes.
The need to never violate an attacking or blocking restriction always takes precedence over an attacking requirement.
"Why griselbrand has no 'title'? it's not a common thing among legendary creatures." "There’s only one Griselbrand." I think you missed the question. Almost every legendary creature has a name like "Isamaru, Hound of Konda" ("Name, Subtitle"), but Malfegor, Griselbrand, and a few others just have their name without a cool subtitle. Why?
Not ever character has a subtitle.
I saw in the Magic tournament rules that Wizards *recommends* 3 packs for a booster draft. Does that mean that a sanctioned tournament could have more or less than 3 packs in it?
You can run a draft or sealed event with any amount of product per player that want. The only caveat is that the product must be unopened and each player must receive the same type and amount of product. In a draft, each player must be drafting the same set at the same time.
I wouldn’t recommend less than 3 packs for a draft because players still have to build 40 card decks afterwards. I also wouldn’t recommend more than about 5 or 6 packs maximum because then deckbuilding becomes unweildy.
How do you pronounce Tamiyo?
I say "TAM-ee-yo".
