Rocket is my canon courier so she's got a lot of friends out in the wastes; but beyond that, in her backstory she's got a Followers doctor who saved her (and her kid), and a few merc contacts. Overall, Rocket is cheerful and makes friends easily; she likes to make friends with people who are easy-going and reasonable - mostly because so much about her life is NOT EITHER OF THOSE THINGS.

She used to be a bit more delicate about the subject but after escaping from New Reno she's pretty much decided that there are some people who need to die, and that's okay. It isn't her first option, but it's one that she's less and less afraid of pursuing if it is in the best interest of those aforementioned people.
