#Repost @natgeo with @repostapp ・・・ Photo by @renan_ozturk // We dubbed this fozen iceburg playground the 'windy lagoon' since on most visits it was blowing so hard you could fully fall into the wind and get pushed back the other direction. While trying to make it out to this iceberg the conditions were too warm and at first @pfaff_anna fell in to her waist in the slushy ice water. A few days later it was frozen and we got to play on nature's sculptures. It was such a pleasure shooting beside master photographer @timkemple last week as he continues his body of work exploring art and athleticism on the otherworldly landscapes of Iceland. ~ Most of the members of our team @bookofsamuel, @hansjoergauer, @brandonjosephbaker, @bhendrix, @the_dunne, @KakiOrr and @kbisb801 never experienced the Northern Lights and were convinced that it was only something our fancy cameras could see. But on this night everyone whooped with joy as they lit the ice for a session of night climbing. #northernlights #auoraborealis #icelandicice
