Ichika and Ginnojomorifuyu in my kny x black clover au. This is also an early happy birthday art for ichika since idk if ill be able to draw anything tommorow for her. More about au under cut:

Ichika, Ginnojomorifuyu, Komari, Dai and Jozo all took the same final selection. This is very important to ME Ichika has moon breathing, but it's not exactly like Kokushibou's moon breathing. The forms are named the same (they're too cool to change), but it has less forms and its more similar to how ichika's dark magic looks (but with alot more purple and crescent moons yk). The forms are: 1. Dark Moon, Evening Palace 2. Pearl Flower Moongazing 3. Loathsome Moon, Chains 4. Moon Spirit, Calamitous Eddy 5. Perpetual Night, Lonely Moon - Incessant 6. Mirror of Misfortune, Moonlit 7. Moon-Dragon Ringtail 8. Catastrophe, Tenman Crescent Moon 9. Drilling Slashes, Moon Through Bamboo Leaves  10. Moonbow, Half Moon The names are all from Kokushibou's moon breathing, theyre just too sick to alter, though the forms themselves are different. Moon breathing by Ichika is derived from Yosuga's Steel breathing. On to Ichika herself, she has a very similar backstory to Genya. Big family with lots of siblings, with her as the second oldest and sukehiro as the eldest. Abusive asshole dad, who their mother protected them from, before she died. The dad gets turned into a demon, killing all but Sukehiro and Ichika, and right before the dad's blood touches Ichika, Sukehiro tackles him outside the house, telling Ichika to run, before killing him. Ichika, obviously in a state of shock, still doesn't know what attacked them, so when she saw sukehiro surrounded by all their siblings' and dad's corpses, she assumed like Genya did. Later she realises what actually happened but by the time she does Sukehiro was long gone. About Ichika's design, it's definitely not realistic adding samurai armour since this is TAISHO, but her armour in black clover is just so cool, i couldnt NOT add it yk? I'm thinking maybe her family used to be a line of samurai, and in their perticular case, the family still kept the armour and tradition (somewhat) alive, still salty at their fall from grace (probably just the dad's train of thought). I just need this okay? I got little for Ginnojomorifuyu so far so im gonna leave her blank for now, but i forgot to add that she's a Kinoe as well.

Pay attention to how in the manga we're getting arcs dedicated to these bonds specifically. It shows the focus Tabata has on the beautiful platonic relationships and how well he can build them.

I like to think that Yami and Finral relate to each other 's past in a way

Finral "left" (was disowned by) the Vaudes and Langris only knew he "ran away" from responsibilities , resulting in Langris hating and blaming him

Yami left and took the blame for massacring their clan and it resulted in Ichika thinking Yami killed everyone and it resulted in her hating him and blaming him as well.

Langris and Ichika didn 't know that their older brothers cared for them so much and it hurts a lot🥲
