PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Male intact 2 scrotal testicles. MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: Mentation appropriate - no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: WNL externally Wood's Lamp Exam: Positive on face but may be contaminant with eye & nasal secretions. Did not all disappear when wiped. Assessment Conjunctivitis URI severe FELV + Prognosis: Fair Plan: Intake tasks Gentamicin 1 drop OU bid x 7d Doxycycline 50 mg/ml 0.09 ml PO sid x 10 days. Ponazuril 0.1 ml PO sid x 2d. Start tomorrow.
