Idea 3 - Zeno’s Paradox
A play in some ways around this….
The intrigue is at what point an object moves from the ordinary into the precious. One day it’s a box, maybe functional and then at some point it changes and becomes full of meaning - hope, nostalgia, pain, joy etc.
We have invested in this object, we might never question what that is, we might carry that object for our whole life.
Another example out with this...at what point does a person lose enough hair to constitute baldness...is it one hair, 20 hairs….etc.
Just coming to this and no idea yet how I might move this forward.
Thoughts/tasks
Why is this intriguing?
Mindmap to expand enquiry
Could you ever identify the moment?
Does this change us - change our relationship to ourselves, society?
Why does the precious matter, what does it contain?
