I really hope Cas got banished somewhere nice. Like a spa. Yes. I want the first scene of S12 to be Cas being massaged and pampered with a facial mask on. (Then Dean calls and yay! The day got so much better because hubby is alive!)

I had almost forgotten how refreshing and enjoyable it can be to do a proper, full on workout. That feeling of your bones aching and your body relaxing is so satisfying. I think I am going to head out into Chicago now and do a little walking followed by a healthy meal out.

Castiel glowered at the other male, scenting the air lightly and his nose wrinkled, he couldn't place a scent on him but he didn't smell Alpha. He must be beta he decided offhandedly. "Is it almost out?" He was impatient and his finger stung and he didn't like it. Castiel was an Alpha, young, he had only presented the beginning of this year and his pack was very proud. This boy smelt strange but he kind of liked it and he leaned in a little to scent him. "You smell weird." He commented with a frown, tilting his head. They were in the back gardens of his packs estate, he knew who this boy was, he was being taken care of by the pack, he was rescued from somewhere and his parents were dead. The other kids talked about him a lot but no one got to see him. "Should you be outside? My brother says you're a secret."
