I gave up on Alva's outfit, to be honest, I was tired af . That drawing was my three-month quota of drawings (literally talking here). Took 48:47 hours to do (I focused intently on the lighting for at least a day)

I think whether you hint at wanting him or tell him outright, he simply wouldn't believe you. He's got low self-esteem, so he'd assume that you're perhaps mocking him or that his co-workers bribed you into doing this. It could be literally anything but you actually wanting to do it.
You'd have to go through a bit of a struggle to get that man into your bed, but it's not like he's made of iron either.
However, he doesn't really have the time for a one night stand.. He works the whole day and then he goes home and sleeps till the next day, and up for work again. Where he'd position you between his long ass shift and sleep I really don't know.
But! I'm also wondering if Norton is the type of guy to enjoy one night stands to begin with. He's not in the mindset for a relationship, but sex can also be a great outlet of stress, so maybe if he'd find it in himself to get comfortable with the idea of being desired, he'd learn to enjoy it. Maybe even occasionally seek it out.
Alright, it's unlikely that he'd agree, but it is not fully out of question. I think you'd have to be persistent with it. One flirty suggestion won't do it.
