and as my business grows, i've considered hiring an assistant in the future to help me with my jewelry orders but i've been a bit on the fence abt it bc to me, it feels more intimate and unique knowing that easy piece is completely handmade by me, with a handwritten note, and a uniquely designed envelope. so much of it so personal, there isn't much room for assistance.
because of that tho, i plan to shift my focus towards more online/passive forms of income since i can't really scale my jewelry business without completely overwhelming myself. i'm going to scale my spiritual business in adding more courses and offering readings on a different scale, trainings (farther in the future), etc. i could see myself having an assistant for that! to help me manage at all, but what i believe is more likely is that i'll stick to a one woman team and just work closely with mentors to find better techniques n all.
employing people adds a whole new layer to having a business that i can't see myself taking on now, but def is a possibility in the far future. technicalllllly tho hahhaha my brother was "on my payroll" as he called it because i was paying him $10 to drive me places before he moved out LMAOOOO. but in the future i couldn't see myself hiring someone unless we resonated very very deeply bc i am just so independent and particular about how i want stuff to work!
it isn't just my jewelry + spiritual businesses that i'm banking on (haha) to propel me to that goal though, i'm also tapped into forex and kangen water which are two more streams of income that i feel are going to be very potent. i'm manifesting a total of six different streams of income and have received pretty clear visions of what that's going to look like!
