Here is a little nugget for the evening. Agent X sells 2 homes in a neighborhood for $30k more than agent Y recently did. Agent Y charged .5% less than agent Y. Agent Y cost their client $27,500, but saved them $2500. Who you hire MATTERS! DO THE MATH! Ask for direct recent comps of what they sold in the neighborhood and pull them up yourself.
