I spent $13 on a bar of Belize-origin @dicktaylorchocolate from @xocolatlchocolate at Krog St. a while ago and wasn't too fond of it (I realized just how dark a dark chocolate I can tolerate.) So I mixed it with some chocolate-chili rub from @belizechocolate boutique and a few other ingredients I picked up in San Pedro last week and voila! Chocolate-chili wings, with plantain-honey mustard glazed asparagus.
