Six Random Facts

As stated by my predecessors, I'm not sure I can come up with six of these suckers, but I'll do my best.  I was tagged by the lovely sometimessurprising, who shall forever be shamed for not attending Mary McDonnell's talk at her school.  (Just kidding!  You know I love you!  :D)

1.  My first love was Harrison Ford.  No, seriously, he was.  (Not that he knew that, of course.)  I was introduced to the original trilogy Star Wars films at eight years old, and Indiana Jones followed soon after, so I spent my entire childhood and teenage years thinking that Harrison Ford was the ideal specimen of manhood and no boy could ever measure up to him.  (I still think that, if I'm being honest.)

2.  I can't scream.  Typically if I get scared, my default reaction is to gasp and/or swear depending on the level of terror, but I can't scream under normal circumstances.  If I want to replicate a scream, I have to shoot for a high note that's way outside my vocal range and let the rasp tip me over into an awful-sounding squeal.  (Trust me folks - it ain't pretty!)

3.  I earned the nickname "Chocolate Goddess" because of my brownies and homemade lava cakes.  Do what you will with that information.

4.  I'm probably the girliest tomboy within the tri-state area.  I'll literally go from tattoo print shorts and a black t-shirt to a watermelon pink skirt within a day.  I don't know what my style is and I probably never will.  I've pretty much given up trying to figure myself out at this point.

5.  I have a tattoo.  It's on the left side of my ribcage and says "even the darkest night will end" in lowercase script.  I got it in April after we closed Les Mis and felt it was appropriate since that's my favorite line from the whole three-hour musical.  (Before facing the needle I also researched tattoo fonts that were modeled after handwriting from the time period in which Victor Hugo wrote the book, but that's another nerdy story.)

6.  My first alcoholic beverage was a Harry Potter-style butterbeer made from a recipe I found online.  I still haven't found anything I like quite so well as vanilla vodka and butterscotch schnapps in a cream soda.  (Did I mention I'm a nerd yet?  Because yeah, I'm totally a nerd.

Well, whaddaya know?  I found six after all!  And now I choose to victimize - I mean challenge - iiriecadence because I love her and because my two other potential victims have already completed this thing.  :P

She's sooooo pretty!!! Thank you soooo much!!! I'm sorry I didn't see it earlier, I was in the hospital with my daughter(she ate a laundry pod thing) and then I was at a county fair. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Oh thanks for still looking! :3 I'll look into that Intuos5 thing. Yeah, I probably need a tablet then.(≧ω≦) I'm probably gonna look at more tutorials too, on how to draw on FireAlpaca just to learn some tips. *hugs you*
