Il-Kaithe
So their Craftworld Trait...maybe they give something like a 6″ range increase on their ranged weapons wielded by Infantry and then an AP -1 buff on their Infantry wielded weapons? It’s kind of like a combination of the one T’au Sept Doctrine and the one Haemonculi Coven Obsession but I don’t know if that’s OP or not.
Perhaps do just one of them then? The Gun one I think is better than, Asuryani do mostly still focus on Range over Melee.
So a few months back I commissioned a friend of mine to paint my converted Avatar of Khaine, and she just finished him. She doesn’t paint Eldar often (she plays Space Wolves and Blood Angels) but I think she did really excellently, so I thought I would share.
The model itself is from the Dark Elves Cauldron of Blood and the flames at his base are from the High Elves Frostfire Phoenix. The lava on his base is from her, and I have to say, I love it to death.
I always thought it was weird that a monster that can (and has) give an Imperial Knight the beatdown was only slightly taller than a Terminator, so I like the extra height he gets (this model is roughly the same size as a Wraithlord). I also like the pose, something of a massive “COME AT ME” pose.
Now he has to go give some Chaos worshipers the beatdown. It’s basically our main pastime here at Craftworld Il-Kaithe.
