Clover watched the harbinger leap in front of him, the sound of blades clashing ringing through the air. His back had been turned, so he hadn’t noticed the threat of the scorpion faunus. Blinking a bit his eyes watched as Qrow blocked the attack. “Qrow…” He murmured, not wanting the other to get hurt, yet caught off guard from what was going on.

It was a reflexive reaction, without much thought Qrow jumped between the two, things had taken a turn for the worse. The pain had crash landed not long before the three of them found each other at odds end. But as Tyrian jumped at the Ace Op who had his attention on Qrow, the huntsman reacted.
Blade swinging around effortlessly pulled from the hold at the back of his waist. There was a grimace of sorts when Qrow’s harbinger clashed with the blades on Tyrian’s wrists. Brothers he wanted that man dead for even considering going after Ruby. But now was not the time or place.
“You can’t let your guard down around him!” Qrow practically shouted through gritted teeth as he pushed the other back to create even a little bit of distance.
