Nothing quite beats finding out one of the cast members in a college production you're working on NOT ONLY writes Ed, Edd, and Eddie erotic fanfic, BUT ALSO 1)runs a tumblr blog dedicated to it, 2) is a Creative Writing student but is, objectively speaking, not a good writer, and 3) has no issues bringing it up in public and is 100% serious about it. Like, to each their own, but I'm sorry that's all I'm ever gonna think of now when you talk to me I just can't help it....

Feeling that post-show depression hardcore today friends… :/

So the musical I’ve been a part of for the last 4 1/2 months of my life finally wrapped up…like it’s been two days since our last performance/strike and it hasn’t totally registered that it’s over, but this will be the first week since January that I haven’t had a rehearsal….and I’m super bummed about that. I’ve been so happy doing this show. It didn’t matter how crappy I felt or how stressed I was, I could go to rehearsal every night and spend a few hours doing something great with a group of amazing human beings. This cast was the best possible combination of people, especially for a group of theater people. Everyone was so friendly and supportive and talented and wonderful, and it was such a fun show to work on and ughhhhh. I made so many good friends (and a few really great friends) and they don’t all live on campus so I may not get to see them as much anymore and I am so scared I’m going to let these friendships fall apart (one in particular) just because I know my track record with communication and I’m going to be spending the summer 4 hours away so I won’t even be able to make plans with them or anything and gahhhhhhh. 

Okay. I know it’s not as bad as I think, I just have a lot of feelings (also on my period so that doesn’t help) and I just do not deal with endings well. Like I’ll cope fine but it’s hard to let something that was so good go. It totally snuck up on me. I am so proud and honored and happy I got to be a part of it. But I’m not happy it had to end.

That awkward moment when you dream about falling in love and having a wonderful relationship with someone and everything is mushy and happy and then you wake up and your still alone and single as a Pringle and, oh yeah, it's Valentine's Day. Way to go, brain. You suck. In all honesty though I don't usually care that I'm single because being in a relationship isn't like the end-all be-all for me, I'm actually totally fine being by myself. But man. That timing suuuucks.

Do you ever just sit back and examine what you accomplished in your day and realize how absolutely pathetic you actually are? Like, not even in a low-self-esteem, down - on - yourself kind of way, but in an objective observational kind of way. I was legitimately pathetic today and I need to get my ass in gear

(That dude made me so pissed though…Like the comment itself was pretty rude but something I could shrug off or respond to more politely. But the asshat had tagged it with “feminazi” and “anti-feminism” and other such terms, as well as with “feminism”, so like he obvs trolls the feminism tag for things to get worked up about, and his whole blog was full of him crying about the failings of feminism and being a “men’s rights activist” and that just made me SO irritated….ugh. Sorry for ranting haha)
