When i first heard 'Therese' by Maya Hawke I thought she was saying "it's just her ass" not "its just Therese". So i assumed the song was about the ongoing debate on women's bodies, ("it's tactless...it's a test") the oversexualization of women, and how we view a woman showing her god given body as some sort of temptation or plea for attention when truly its just a person's body ("it's just her ass"), which I guess isn't too far from the song's intended meaning.
