Sice to není český film ale ten Mrazík mi udělal radost! Ne že bych ho musela mít každé vánoce (to spíš Popelku a - poslední roky od toho co natočili ten nový - Dvanáct měsíčků (i když je máme nahrané jak na VHS tak jsem si pořídila DVD samozřejmě :) )), ale stejně - vzpomínky z dětství :). A když jsme se před dvěma třema lety na to zase podívali, tak to nebylo špatné, aji jsme se (v dobrém) pobavili a kostýmy a výprava (říká se to tak? dekorace, pozadí, atd.?) je moc pěkná na pohled :)

To jsem moc ráda! Tak to já na Mrazíka čekám každý rok stejně jako na ostatní pohádky :) Sovětské pohádky jsou nádherné, přesně jak říkáš, ty kostýmy, kulisy, interiéry, exteriéry... U nás nejsou zas až tak profláknuté, na Slovensku běží daleko častěji, pokud se nepletu. Navíc já jsem milovník českého dabingu, baví mě zkoumat rozdíly původního znění a pak té naší dabované verze a dabing Mrazíka je prostě něco úžasného. Ale znám spoustu lidí, co Mrazíka nemůžou vystát, je to prostě individuální :) Jinak já jsem musela nějaké vystřihovánky z toho udělat, Mrazík v Blu Ray kvalitě... dokonalost ♥

Last movie I watched: ‘The Hunt’ - I was lured in with promises of Emma Roberts (Eric Roberts’ daughter) But she was killed off five minutes into it D: It was still a great film though, it was kind of like The Hunger Games with people being hunted for sport (Very gory though, I had to hide behind a pillow for a lot of it XD)

Currently reading: Percy Jackson and the Battle of the Labyrinth (Fourth book in the Percy Jackson series, I’m really enjoying them! Better than the two movies based on them lol)

Currently watching: Just started watching the new series of The Twilight Zone, so far it’s really good!

Sweet, spicy, savory, or sour: I love crisps, I think those are savoury?

Tea or coffee: Tea, love it!

Pets: We had a Cocker spaniel dog called Freddie who passed away in March just before the first lockdown :(

clothes style? minimum effort, maximum comfort, and neutral enough to not be wildly out of date after a week (I basically live in jeans and tshirts)

(well I can’t judge character likeness but apart from that) And is it traditional or digital drawing? It’s... traditional with a bit of digital brush up, yeah, let’s call it that:D Seriously, it’s like, maybe twenty minutes pencil sketch, with colours splashed on in GIMP:) Turned out better than expected, really:D

I’m pretty sure that if you looked at my previous “works”, you’d clearly see the pattern - tilted half-profile thing and nothing more%D  ( “At least TRY for some full-body or something, you lazy bum!!!”)

21. What was the first fanfic you ever wrote?

HANKA WHYYYYYYY (also hello, it’s nice to see you!)

Ok, this would be embarrassing, but look.  I was probably 12 or 13.  I didn’t know fanfiction was a thing.  But my best friend Shayna and I were both readers/viewers of the classic series Sailor Moon, and when we’d exhausted the supply of available comics, bootleg VHS tapes available from less-reputable comics shops at exorbitant prices, and if we had to, I guess, the shitty English dub, we wrote our own.  And when I say we wrote our own, I mean, we typed that shit up in our rudimentary word processing programs on our ugly dust-coloured giant-ass brick computers, and then either printed them out on our dot matrix printers (adorned with pretty glittery stickers we spent WAY too much money on from, again, less reputable comics shops) or we saved them to floppy disks and traded them under our desks at school.  Yeah.  This was what you had to do if you wanted to share fan shit before the internet and you were in, like, middle school.

(I can still remember the holiday special episode where they were attacked by a Monster Of The Week after going out for barbecue, and defeated him with their stinky garlic breath.  Like, this wasn’t fanfic.  I couldn’t have written anything that good.)

22. Is there anything you regret writing?

You know?  Even if it’s bad, it’s all part of the learning experience.  I’m sure if I looked back on shit I wrote 20 years ago I’d cringe with embarrassment on behalf of my young self, but the thing is?  I’m glad I kept doing it.  I’m in a place now where I feel pretty confident that not everything I produce is irredeemable garbage, and I’m proud of what I can do.  Every writer’s gotta start somewhere, you feel?

Who is your favourite character in 2? The Master (all incarnations) And Chang Lee!

What is your favourite episode of 4? I can’t pick just one episode so I’ll say my favourite ‘Mystery’ of the show, which was Season 2′s ‘Man locked in the Applewhite’s basement’ mystery (though that’s a lot of people’s least favourite for some reason...)

What is your favourite season of 5? Season 2, I loved Eve and Villanelle working together!

Who is your favourite couple in 3? Can’t pick between Edward/Tubbs and Harvey/Val!

What is your favourite episode of 1? It’s hard to pick a single episode... Maybe simply Episode 1 because it introduces all the characters and opens up with an awesome violin medley of Phantom of the Opera songs :D

What is your favourite episode of 5? Season 2 Episode 6 (’I Hope You Like Missionary!’) I love Villanelle’s ‘Billie’ persona :P

What is your favourite season of 2? Hmm, it’s difficult to pick just a season of something as huge as Doctor Who... I guess my favourite Classic Doctor (other than Eight, since he was just in the movie) Four? And my favourite New Who Doctor is probably Eleven :)

How long have you watched 1? We only started watching Umbrella Academy a few months ago, when the second season first came out, and now we’re caught up!

How did you become interested in 3? My parents are big fans of The League Of Gentlemen, and I started watching it with them! (Probably when I was too young to, lol)

Who is your favourite actor in 4? Definitely Eva Longoria lol

Which do you prefer, 1, 2, or 5? Ooh, that’s such a hard question... Maybe Doctor Who, because it’s been with me the longest

Would a crossover between 3 and 4 work? I actually think I could imagine the Desperate Housewives living in Royston Vasey, lol

Pair two characters in 1 who would make an unlikely but strangely okay couple? Well, Umbrella Academy already has its fair share of weird couples, like Luther/Allison (Eww!) Not to mention Hazel/Agnes and Five/Dolores lol

I would have said Vanya/Sissy but even they ended up getting together... Idk, maybe Five and The Handler? (Only with Five’s older self though!)

Overall, which show has the better storyline, 3 or 5? Probably Killing Eve, The League of Gentlemen is more like a sketch show

Which has better theme music, 2 or 4? That’s so hard! But I think I’ll have to go with Doctor Who, it’s iconic
