So. I'm still a little sick. I went to UiB today to clear what I need to do with my learning agreement. On the website it very explicitly says "Don't send us your LA per mail!!"

So I asked what I should do then, since I neither have a paper copy nor is my home university part of the website thing where I could submit it online.

The woman who helped me was very nice, but the solution was "send us the pdf of your LA per mail!" ._.
