#txt #im trying but i keep disappearing and coming back wrong #i never feel anything except terrified #my life is the best it’s ever been and my girlfriend loves me and takes care of me #and people are so kind to me and i don’t know #i can’t stop being absolutely terrified of everyone #talking to them is so hard that i rarely have the energy #i don’t feel cute or sweet ever at all even a little bit #i barely feel like anything that exist at all #i feel like gum scraped off the bottom of someone’s shoe #and so much bad stuff keeps happening #and i can barely keep up when everything is Neutral #i remember having fun once #i remember being less scared #i don’t know what happened #i guess i do #but i don’t want it to matter that much #not still #when i first moved out of my ex girlfriends house i felt so alive #and now i feel so scared again #i feel so replaceable and disgusting #and no one i spend my time with makes me feel like that #im so loved #i don’t know why i can’t just be normal and happy again #i don’t know why i have to be so scared #i can’t even talk about anything because it all feels so incoherent #it always comes out wrong i always sound like im blaming everyone else #and i know it’s my fault that im like this and i know i need to try harder #and develop the skills and regulation skills that let me have friends #but i wish i could just do it now

Even in my depression, my sadness, my wanting for death. Even when i feel broken or beaten or lost completely. God will meet me here. He wants me to look up and see Him holding me. That brings me such hope. Hope and joy to know that even when I dont love myself, my God loves me so deeply.
