Change of plans
When I got up this morning, I was so pumped about my planned heavy deadlift session in the gym tonight. Then after working all day in the office, I got an emergency call-in to the residential house where I do relief shifts. I ended up spending my Friday night with some individuals we support at the local fall fair watching the 4-H cattle judging and tractor pull events. This was a real 'welcome back to the country' moment for me.
