ooo okay for your oc ask! Lucine falls into my beloved character archetype of Hypercompetent Gremlin. she lives in a tidal-locked world where her powers come from the moon and is currently stuck in the solar-powered part of said world where she cannot do magic at all and a lot of people want to kill her, so she's getting really into unethical science with a futch technomancer who thinks they can tap into some domesticated eldritch magic she keeps around her lab for shits and giggles
I’m going to drop her in a sandbox with Imbri, my longest running D&D character.
Though she hates it Imbri’s also a very competent gremlin as she’s managed to fulfill her goals of keeping her entire party alive given that’s she’s been seeing future visions of their corpses since she was 12. She’s died twice in the process so I don’t think I could call her hypercompetent but its fine she came back totally fine.
I feel like Imbri would like to hear someone else talk about all the people that want to kill them, she would bond with someone over the time she barely survived a chase with the spider-super-cops in the Underdark.
She’d also be really curious about the domesticated eldritch magic and if any of that could be applied to whatever’s going on with her buddy, the warlock/rogue she found carving weird symbols into their chest in the middle of the night. Her super senses have kept the party out of so many surprise attacks that it has pissed off the DM to no end, but that time was like. The worst time to have those.
Oh if she ever gets her magic back she definitely wants to see if she can show her how to take all the air out of a certain square footage, its Imbri’s favorite trick at this point and she loves imparting it on others as often as possible
