2. Which storyline do you pretend never happened?

Zelena pretending to be Marian and raping Robin, like that was so unnecessary and horrible. Was there really no other way to bring back Zelena? No other ideas tossed around the writer’s room? None? Just the one that involved male rape? okay no thank you I hate it a fucking lot. 

12. Which character deserved more development?

Belle, it seemed like they gave her the exact same cycle of development every single season. Belle and Rumple are happy because he’s lying about some Evil thing he’s doing. Belle finds out. Belle gets mad about Rumple lying. Rumple cries about Belle being rightfully mad at him. Belle feels bad because “she sees the man behind the beast” (ugh), Rumple does one thing that is not entirely Evil and Belle goes back to him. Rinse and Repeat. It felt like every time Belle had had enough and might break free of him the writers have her go back to him no matter what he’s done.

31. Worst costume?

Octopus but make it sexy

seriously what the fuck is this? Why is the top of her costume literally a corset from Frederick’s of Hollywood attached to whatever that monstrosity of a skirt is? This is by far the dumbest looking costume I’ve ever seen.

41. When and why did you stop watching?

I stopped watching after the second episode of season 7. I honestly didn’t really intend to stop watching, but with the new night, I just kept forgetting to watch and eventually episodes just kept piling up. I kinda kept up by watching my dash and watched the finale. My boyfriend and I started a rewatch and I intended to watch season 7 then but we stopped watching after we got to season 3

oh hey, why are you anti dany? no hate here I swear I'm just curious 'cause it's been a long time since I watched the show.

it’s not so much that I hate dany as a character, I think in it of itself she has a pretty nice arc over the 7 seasons we’ve had with her (unfortunate white savior overtones notwithstanding) my main issue is mostly her stans and the way they hold her up as the greatest character in all of Game of Thrones and who deserves to sit on the Iron Throne.

Dany is far from a good ruler. Daario says so himself I believe in season six “You’re not a queen, you’re a conqueror.” which is a very apt statement. Dany is really good at going into places, yelling at people, and burning things. Which yes is nice to watch but a good ruler it is not. Look at the way she handled things in Slavers Bay, she went in with good intentions to end slavery but she did not put in practices that will make those changes sustainable within a culture that had used slave labor for generations. The moment she left Astapor and Yunkai the masters just went back to slaving. Not to mention the complete catastrophe that is Meereen, once Dany abolishes slavery she has little to no solution to offer to anyone who comes to talk to her in her throne room other than “Deal with it.” She has all the Masters of Meereen crucified even if they had publicly opposed the practice of crucifying slaves themselves. The barracks and mess halls she provided to house and feed all the newly freed slaves soon turn into pits of crime and corruption where young people prey on the sick and elderly to the point that many are willing to sell themselves back into slavery with their old masters for a better life. 

Dany still has so much to learn about how to run a single city properly and yet she deems herself ready to take the fight to Westeros and her “right to the Iron Throne”. Dany has no idea about how things work in Westeros as compared to the East where shes lived basically her entire life. Look at the way she feels entitled to the North and refuses to help Jon fight the Night King until he bends the knee. She doesn’t seem to understand just what the North has gone through in order to establish independence. And I dont think she cares to because she just wants to rule the Seven Kingdoms because it’s “her right” even though she has a very shakey claim to the throne in the first place.

1. What was the worst flashback(s)?

honestly I really didn’t care for the Regina flashbacks in the 100th episode. What exactly did it add to Regina’s character that we didn’t already know? Like cool Regina doesn’t like her birthday because she’s sad and lonely. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that Evil Queen Regina was lonely and sad deep down. Like did we really need to see her throw a temper tantrum on her birthday? 

9. Which character arc was more like a line?

I gotta agree with you and say Henry, the poor kid really had nothing to do other than hold the storybook and say “you can do it mom!” I didn’t watch season 7 so maybe he gets a little more development there?

16. Worst casting decision?

Maybe Hercules? Not that he did a bad job with what he was given but that kid was you know a kid. When I think Hercules I don’t picture someone who’s like 16 years old.

18. What plot hole do you desperately want filled?

Not really a plot hole but more a mechanic of the show, magic and how and who can use it has always really confused me. Is it genetic? Is it just given? Does everyone have some sort of latent magical ability but one can choose to hone it and train and get more power? Because Belle, Snow, and Killian all use magic at one point in the series but they aren’t “magic users” like Regina, Emma, and Zelena are. I get that it’s a show about fairytales and things like magic don’t have to be explained but it seems like there’s no internal logic to how magic works in OUAT and it’s super frustrating to think about.

26. Most problematic event on the show?

all the cases of male rape on the show that are NEVER ADDRESSED AT ALL. Graham, Robin, and Killian are all violated and the show never acknowledges how fucked up it is. In fact the only time it’s brought up Regina is confronting Zelena about violating Robin, but nevermind the fact that Regina kept Graham as a sexual slave for 28 plus years! It truly is vile how the show seems to disregard these events  

30. What character is the actual worst?

Rumple, god I just hate wishy washy characters. Rumple just flip flops on what side he’s on every other episode and it just makes him a frustrating character to watch. Either have him be evil, good, or learn how to write him as a truly morally grey character who’s only on his own side.

Once I had a crush; I had just gotten my heart broken from a seemingly very strong three year relationship, and this person was the person who helped me through it all. She helped me stay sane even in my lowest moments. Over time, we both developed feelings for the other.... and we've been together for nearly a year now and she is my rock. She just managed to move to the same town as me, and I couldn't be happier. ^_^
