Nike Internship update! - Conducted 1st round eInterviews last week via Hirevue app - Received an email saying I advanced to the 2nd round - Emailed back-and-forth with Nike recruiter re my application and internship opportunities o She said she was impressed with my campaign! o I’ll be doing a phone interview with her on Monday morning! Ahhhhhh! o Keep your fingers and toes crossed!!! :D
Martin Wong - Communicated via phone re internship experience at Nike vs Canadian Olympics Committee - Advice about questions to ask during interview as well as follow-up questions
John Stackhouse - Communicated via email re internship needs and introductions to other management members at RBC - Provided me with 3 referrals of other individuals I should connect with – added them all on LinkedIn and emailed them
Scott Morris, Sr. Media Manager - Met him at the Newspaper Day event and connected via LinkedIn - He reached out to me via email and we communicated on potential internship opportunities at his agency - Also communicated about the best type of experience to gain within the digital space as an entry professional
Andi Petrillo - Sent follow-up email requesting for coffee – she emailed me in March asking me to follow-up with her in April - She is extremely busy but hopefully she will find some time – would love to learn more about how she got to where she’s at today
