Walkthrough of the project assumptions and prototype walk-through.
What I learned from this prototype process is not to request too much info from the users in the beginning (e.g. social media channels, address, interests). While it’s great for the organization to collect this data, it comes across is “prying” from the user’s perspective, and can be a negative experience.
Another learning point is whether or not this can be an automated process or whether the user needs a coordinator to lead them through the simulation.
