It woke me up at 5 something and I couldn't get back to sleep for awhile. Why has it been so stormy this year

god yes i was awake just after 5 too ;o; i was facing my window and the lightning was super bright (it was kind of shock, waking up like that w)! i wonder why too; it's really unseasonably stormy ヾ(｡´༎ຶ ^༎ຶ｡)ﾉﾞ
