Who cooks: Both of them. Michael does most of the actual work but Imogen helps by chopping up vegetables and cleaning up. They see it as an opportunity for some quiet time together, although more than once cooking dinner has turned into a soap suds fight and ended with them laughing on the floor, dinner forgotten.
Who does the laundry and other chores: Imogen does the laundry, since she’s more concerned with the upkeep of her clothes but Michael assists with the restrooms and the floor. They make a calendar to split up all the other chores (and often forget to follow it).
How many children do they have: They have one daughter, Daisy. While expecting a baby they were completely unsure of what to name her and so they took a list of their favorite names to their closest friends for help, Daisy was the most popular one. She lived up to her bright, sunny name, being a happy optimistic child. Daisy is doted on by both parents but she’s definitely Daddy’s little girl. And they’ve yet to announce it to their friends and Daisy, but Imogen and Michael are expecting a little brother for Daisy soon.
Who’s more dominate: In most things, Imogen tends to be the decision-maker, the outspoken one. But surprisingly, in the bedroom Michael is the dom.
Favorite nonsexual activity: They like to go to the park and people-watch on their favorite bench, sometimes they nap there or bring along a picnic. If there’s no kids around they like to take over the playground… the swings are their favorites.
Their favorite place to be together: If you ask them they’d say anyplace where the other is would be fine, but they love their park bench more than anyplace else in the world. Imogen has been known to accidentally shoot a glare at people who beat them to it.
Any traditions: They have a habit of crashing any masquerade parties they might know of, or trying to turn all of their (and their friends’) parties into masquerades. Nobody is quite sure why they do this…
Their “song”: “Falling Slowly” from the musical Once. They went to see a local production of it early in their relationship and the week later Michael recognized the tune Imogen was humming as their favorite song from the production. He went and bought the original cast recording for her and they fell into the habit of listening to the song at the end of every date.
What they do for each other on holidays: Immy always sets up a private Easter egg hunt for him in April. At first it would only be in his (and once they bought their own place- their) backyard but as of recent years it has become more of a scavenger hunt, leading all the way around the neighborhood and their favorite places. During the Christmas season he makes her gingerbread houses and people and they like to cuddle as they watch cheesy holiday movies on TV.
Where did they go for their honeymoon: Venice, Italy. It took them a while to decide on a location but in the end they chose dreamy Venice and loved it. They hope to return soon.
Where did they first meet: At school, of course. They enjoy telling people they’re high school sweethearts that really did find true love in one another.
Any pets: A few goldfish and a bunny (Imogen insisted). They shared a cat in college but it passed away a year before Daisy was born and they’ve never really thought about adopting another.
What do they fight over: They’re both very peaceful and tend to bottle up small issues in order not to argue, but once in a while one will finally lose their calm and they let out all their complaints at once. It ends up being kind of nasty sometimes, but because neither of them can stand being upset at the other they always end up caving in and making up pretty soon. And the make-up sex is so great that they joke about maybe arguing more once in a while.
Do they go on vacations, if so where: They like to go on roadtrips and let adventures find them along the way, but have also take vacations to large cities like NYC and London from time to time.
