Hi—I was wondering if you're thinking about converting to Islam because of Imomali, since he practices it and all that. What do you think about it?

Thats a very interesting question, and I'm honestly not too sure about my own answer, so I am sorry if what I say disappoints.

Well, I do not want to disrespect islam at all, and I'm not sure if it would be morally right of me to convert to a religion just because Imomali follows it. I would want my faith to be real and secure before actually converting and making that dedication. If I were to convert to Islam, a lot of people I know would likely begin to hate me (though that is my least concern). Also, I'm pretty certain being a part of the lgbt is haram, and I like men as a man, so, I mean. You know what I am getting at I hope. I could never give up my love for Imomali. This is a very confusing thought to me, if I were to convert to islam for Imomali, would it even make sense? Because, I am a male and he is a male, my love for him is not allowed, so, the whole thing would be a bit pointless. But if I were born a girl, then I most likely would have done it (but only after proper research and ensuring my faith is true and not strictly because of Imomali).

It wouldn't make much sense for me to do that, but, I still will continue to do research on his beliefs. I really want to avoid any possibility of me disrespecting him or his beautiful religion.

Imomali was out of touch, and his relatives were completely unable to get in contact with him. I can't imagine how shocked his relatives were, their son/nephew/cousin/etc goes completely ghost and the only thing they know about him is that he kiIIed someone and is on the news awaiting probably years of jail time.
