A list actor comedian - Who are the funniest of all time?
I am of the opinion that there is nothing better than a night of comedy. Nothing soothes the soul and calm the troubled waters of life (at least temporarily) of a belly chuckle delivered by an actor comedian. Whether it's video, television, or at a concert, a comedian actor will always be the work of their craft, make us cry, and remind us that life does not always suck! And when it comes to choosing an act funny comedian, my tendency to go back in time for a little humor classic. Frankly, I prefer the hilarious comedians of yesteryear that transcends race, gender and age. These masters of the genre still fought their own brand of entertainment: the laugh out loud kind of support I-don't-blast of fun that has stood the test of time. Here are my choices for the first six actors of all time: # 1 Funny Comedian Jack Benny: Benny is considered the godfather of the genre. He was famous for his sense of humor and his ability to laugh at a pregnant pause or a single expression, such as his signature exasperated "Well!" His radio and television have been very popular in the 1930s to 1960, and have a fundamental influence on the comedians of the next generation. Dean Martin, the celebrity roast Johnny Carson in November 1973, Benny introduced as "the Satchel Paige of the world of comedy." Funny Comedian # 2: Jonathan Winters - Winters made his debut as a guest star on Arthur Godfrey, Jack Paar and Steve Allen shows. Later he would make his mark with Johnny Carson on The Tonight Show. His style of comedy has worked perfectly on TV, movies, books, from bizarre characters he created his own imagination. Although he did over years (to date he is still with us), videos continually prove to be popular on YouTube. By the miracle of technology, a new generation of fans came to this comic actor. Funny Comedian # 3: Bob Hope: Bob Hope was an American comedy icon throughout the 20th century. He played in vaudeville, then moved to Broadway, and then finally conquered radio, television and movies. However, it may be best known for his tireless work on behalf of the U.S. Armed Forces and many USO tours. He has literally entertained millions of American military throughout his illustrious career. In 1996, Congress honored Bob Hope, declaring himself a "veteran's first and only honor the U.S. military." Hope was truly an American hero, while one of the most successful American comedians funny. Even in death, Bob Hope was never a cartoon. According to a daughter of Hope, when asked on his deathbed where he wanted to be buried, he told his wife, "Surprise me." Funny Comedian # 4: Bill Cosby: Cosby, more than any other comedian funny, was (and still is) successful with all types of media. And he has found success while still giving a human dimension to his routines. Given its modest beginnings and his childhood in the projects of Philadelphia, it is not surprising that he brings a different style to his comedy. He is skilled at telling stories, and could make his jokes in various environments such as cartoons, TV shows, movies and books. It was Cosby who broke the color barrier with his character on TV I Spy in the 1960s. Later, he became the first black actor and most successful play in (and control exercise) of his own sitcom. His comic style seems to make everyone laugh, regardless of skin color. Funny Comedian # 5: Phyllis Diller: Diller is one of those rare women who have raised five children, and was still able to make history in the world of man stand-up comedy. She wrote her own material, and indeed it has shown for more than 40 years! It is impressive that she was able to be funny, even while defending the causes for children, cancer and other philanthropic initiatives. To date, she is still with us, even if she retired from personal appearance. Funny Comedian # 6: George Carlin Born during the Great Depression and the coming of age during the hippie movement, the dropout rate ever enter the mainstream. His style of dress and his routines always defied the norm and he first experienced significant struggles because of it. His famous Seven Words you can never say on television and it looks like the first guest on Saturday Night Live scored unpredictable as an actor and began a long line of firsts for this talented man. Awarded the Kennedy Center Mark Twain prize in 2008, a week before his death he was the first to receive this award posthumously. In the interest of space I have left many funny comedians out of this list. Names such as Red Skelton, Joan Rivers, and Lenny Bruce should be considered worthy of inclusion on a list of funny comedians. What do you think? Who would you rank the top performers of all time funny?
