For being a self-proclaimed man of science, the Emperor really liked excessive symbolism and mythologizing, didn't he? Silent sisters who are actually silent, blind smiths, crusades. Kind of set himself up for being worshipped.

To understand the sacrifice the Emperor has done one must first know the euphoria that is love, and the nightmare that is fear. For the Emperor loves us all equally and unendingly, and he fears for us at all times. His is a life dedicated to protecting humanity for the fear that what he loves may forever be lost, and therefore he lives for us.

And when a being, so perfect in every way as to classify as a god, loves something, who am I to say I do not love humanity? How can I not, when something so powerful is willing to suffer eternity in fear and pain and silence for the sake of man, how can I then believe that humanity is evil?

And so, when I see a human being, I see their flaws and their quirks, and I love them for it, for that is what makes them them, and it is them that the Emperor so loves!

So I will never be one to strike out against my fellow man in hate, for hate is a powerful and evil thing and we are not evil. Like a hollow copy of the Emperor, I will turn to embrace all creatures, to show kindness and understanding and not judge hastily, if at all.

And so should you, all, for a single brush stroke can be perfect, but a masterpiece is only truly made when a hundred strokes share the canvas.

Remember, my brothers and sisters, that to stand, and keep standing, on the moral high ground is never easy and the rewards for it is seldom great, it is without a shadow of the doubt the most worthwhile and important place to plant ones feet.

I do not like Tarot cards, they scream of heresy.

They have a completely faulty image of the Emperor, and none could ever draw the Emperor from a deck. We are not important enough. And having "The Empress" would mean there is either another ruling body claiming the title or someone is married to the Emperor, both of which are faulty. None are worthy of the title other than the Emperor, and none can be close enough to marry the Emperor, for he is our lord and protector.
