Kindof a random thing to suddenly bring up, but: You know what I don't get? People/Companies who put out products but have their most important selling point be "MADE IN THE USA" or "IMPORTED FROM *insert European country here that sounds vaguely luxurious*". I've usually been part of the "I don't care where the country of origin is as long as it's a good product" camp (also assuming that the conditions it was made in aren't horrid either). So the way I see it, if the most important thing a company/person wants to convey is where their product is made and not the actual quality of the product, then it's quite obvious the product itself isn't that great or isn't very special at all. I just was looking at the prices of 9mm ammo and noticed one brand literally called itself "American Quality Ammunition" with a prominent US flag on the box and "MADE IN USA" printed on it too. With absolutely nothing else on the box at all, the rest was just bland brown cardboard. Thus the reason this came to mind and why I felt like rambling a little...
One of the most stunning commercials I've ever seen and one that viscerally made me proud, gave me chills, and inspired homesickness more than anything I ever expected to see during a Super Bowl, let alone television...
