💠Guide and Angel💠

So I shot this couple weeks ago, Playing around, reimagining a scene from one of my favorite Netflix shows "The OA".

 Poe was summoned to a place in between Galaxies by her guide, To offer her encouragement through her moment of weariness.

 Through that blue hole there, her guide can watch her through out her many lives, And offer assistance and send signs and messages. She's never alone even when she really feel like it. . . 

She also meets her angel. But the dream stopped before we could even find out what she said lol.

 So I imagine that Poe arrived to the spirit realm or limbo, using the sacred materialized essence sewn into her shawl. She had special permission to use said shawl as long a she was accompanied by the twin talking birds, Frah and Cynks. She was in a realm covered in shallow water and waves that look very unreal. This place was very quiet. No air. But subtle whispers lingered all around promising safety. After scaling her surroundings Poe was surprised to spot a few familiar faces... She takes off running, stomping through the shallow water of the realm of no beginning or ending..... She gets closer and suddenly drops to her knees in tears, having seen her late sister that she hasn't seen in over 2700 years She couldn't believe it... ___________________________________________

 The last shot was heavily inspired by one of Beyonce's visuals in Black is king. I really enjoyed this shoot. It has special meaning to me tbh.
