Akemi stood in front of Etsumi's cabin, she double checked the small picture on the mailbox. She ran a finger lightly over it and sighed. She looked to the door of the cabin with a determined look on her face. Her friend, Etsumi, was probably inside that very cabin at this moment. Well, that's what she was hoping for at least.

She straightened her posture and walked up to the cabin's door and lightly knocked on it a few times. "Etsumi! It's Akemi, do ya have any time to chat?" She asked, still knocking on the door a bit. After putting her hand back to her side she began to sway back and forth while waiting for a reply.

"I...I'm paired with Ringo?"

"Ah thank goodness! I thought I'd end up with someone I didn't even know!~ But my closest friend? That's wonderful!~"

Oh thank god I'm paired with Ringo, It'd be awkward if I was paired with someone I didn't know that much, horrible if I didn't know them at all...maybe that damn bear has some good in him after all?

"It feels like I've hit a dead end...I can't think of anything..." She said, arms crossed, looking down slightly.

"I'm not really the best investigator...but I still gotta try right? I gotta get Hikari her justice and all...I can't let the bastard who did this to her win."

"I really hate to suggest it...but it might be possible that note wasn't a suicide note? I mean, it's a long shot but...it's rather vauge and could have been from the culprit..."

Finneon-I mean, Akemi's Alibi

"My Alibi? Do you think I was the one who'd do such horrible things?!" She asked, fists at her sides. She sighed and crossed her arms.

"But if you must know, I was sewing most of the day! And the only times I stepped outside of my room, or even away from my desk, was to visit the market to get more supplies and a few snacks! As well as just awhile ago, to debut my new cosplay of a gijinka Finneon!~ Oh, and to give everybody their pokemon ears for the party!"
