AJ was chatting with his friends at their table when he observed two girls approaching Adam on the bar. He remained calm, until they started to get a bit too touchy, and he couldn’t stay seeing that picture and do nothing about it. If anything, the other guys would think he was going over there to get one of the girls for him. He headed towards the bar, casually sliding an arm around Adam’s shoulder once he was standing next to him. “Ain’t ya goin’ t’introduce me t’yer new friends, babe?” He remarked the pet name, the corners of his lips tugging upwards at the girls’ reactions.

A simple night out with the guys was just something Adam had needed, and it turned even better when two young girls started to come up to him just as he was bringing back a round of drinks for the table. Casual conversations turned into flirtatious ones in the span of fifteen minutes. When he felt one of them slowly rub his arm, he knew it had been taken to the next level. Apparently, he hadn't been the only one who noticed. AJ's sudden appearance beside him had been a surprise, though not an unwelcome one. And the arm on his shoulder definitely felt good, good enough not to brush off.

He looked at AJ, then back at the women, giving them an apologetic shrug. "Yeah, of course. AJ, this here's Jessica and Michelle. Girls, this is AJ," he introduced, half-tempted to just push the other guy away. Though if he was being honest, he would have chosen AJ over both of them together. "I was actually heading back now, babe. Did you come here to help me bring the drinks back?" he asked, laughing as he turned to the girls, hand rubbing AJ's stomach. "He's such a thoughtful doll, isn't he?" The two women exchanged looks before leaving them in their spot, giving Adam the opportunity to ask the other.

"What the hell was that?"

inaudiblexecho is playing with death.

While Azrael had plenty of things to do on a normal basis, she was always drawn to weird happenings around the world, especially with all the angel and demon business going around as of late. Sometimes, it wasn't the best idea for her to get involved, especially while she was as weak as she ways these days, but there was an undeniable, unrelenting need in the angel to try and help people who may be affected by the supernatural warfare. At the moment, Az was in a town she couldn't remember the name of, and where she suspected some angel activity was going on. Or at least, that's what she assumed as she sat in one of the local diners, listening to some of the conversation going on at the other side of the room. Something about flying things? She wasn't entirely sure, but she sat still, coffee cooling in front of her as she tried to listen in on the details. Of course, this made her extremely distracted to anything else currently going on.

The water washed down Adam’s body, letting the cool water run down his back and letting out a relieved sigh. The cool was quickly pushed aside by the touch of warm skin against his own. Adam jumped slightly, looking back, only to find AJ. He didn’t move, but he let out a slightly nervous glance at the door to the showers. “You’re crazy. What if someone walks in and sees us?” he asked the other man, turning around to face AJ, gently pressing a hand on his chest.
