Mercedes-Benz Recalls Metris to Fix Leaky Fuel Hose Defect

Mercedes-Benz is recalling some 2016-17 Metris Vans following a federal safety probe into customer complaints of odor from leaking fuel hoses.
Gas leaking into the engine compartment could cause a fire if the fuel contacted a hot engine part, safety regulators said. The automaker is recalling 12,383 Metris vans that could have the problem.
