I normally get up at 4:30 m/w/f and when I don't I always sleep in and that screws me up for the rest of the week! I totally feel ya but happy Monday hope you have a great week anyway!

RIGHT!?!! i am sure I will be exhausted by Friday since I don't have days to sleep in haha. This weekend and last weekend I slept 12 hours on Friday night and 10 on Sunday. catching up on sleep only on the weekends? I probably will need to take naps during the week too haha. i will always see you then, when I am awake every morning haha. I go on tumblr during breaks LOL

Is it bad to take a nap after a run?

I don’t think it’s ever bad to take a nap! If your body is so tired and you feel the need to take a nap (run or not) I would say go for it! And of course a nap is ideal if you got little sleep the night before etc You know your body best.

Have you done any detoxes or cleanses that were successful?

No I have not. I don’t think cleanses/detoxes are necessary, just eat food that’s right for your body and it will cleanse itself in time! :) However, that's just my opinion and others would disagree! You know what's best for your body. Good luck! :) x

My friend Sam (indeedindie) is trying out for the FSU equestrian team. At the meeting they said that "the top is open fence" (top meaning like the highest/best people).
