So, he should’ve called first. He really should’ve. But the thought hadn’t crossed his mind until he parked his Bentley out in front of Aziraphale’s bookshop. Ah, well. Wouldn’t be the first time he shows up uninvited, right?

Instead of making his presence known, however, Crowley decided to meander a bit, check out what’s in the shop. He’ll let Aziraphale notice him.

Hopefully this wasn’t a bad time.

Crowley just wanted a stroll through St. James’ Park. He hadn’t at all accounted for a run-in with Azazel. ...Let alone, a line like that.

Zadkiel had just come back into the greenhouse with a tray of tea, when the other spoke. He hesitated, waiting until after pouring tea into their two cups to reply.

“...I suppose you’re right. I do spend my time in here thinking, when no one’s around.” The angel spoke softly, expression hardly changing from his gentle smile. “Most times, it’s even rather nice, doing so in such a calm place as this.” A quiet chuckle left his lips. “...Although, I am flattered you’ve thought about me so much.”
